ACTION began in the Philippines in 1975and is an international, evangelical fellowship of missionaries with mainsending offices in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the USA. 265 missionariesminister in over 25 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. We atpresent need an additional 100 missionaries (ages 40 to 80) to workamong the 3.2 million untrained pastors worldwide. We are also trusting God for120 additional missionaries (ages 21 to 81) to minister the gospel andcompassionate care to 100 million street children and an estimated 143 millionorphans throughout the world. “Seeingthe people, He (Jesus) felt compassion for them, because they were distressedand dispirited like sheep without a shepherd. Then He said to His disciples,‘The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore beseech the Lordof the harvest to send out workers into His harvest’" (Matthew9:36-38, nasb).
