Missionaries are usually VERY hard workers in the tasks God has given them andare very worthy of their hire! Biblical instructions are that if one does notwork neither share they eat.
Leadership in missions and Christian organizations are to encourage their teammembers to keep moving forward in ministry of the gospel and compassion for theglory of God, never to settle down and become complacent. All of us inministry should NEVER become someone on Christian welfare who accepts supportfrom God's people to just live and do nothing for the Kingdom. Set prayer andministry goals and communicate monthly with churches and supporters (inaccountability) in how God is working in and through your work.
